ADULT ED THIS SUNDAY PART 2! FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS: Seek the Lord, Study the Word, Serve the World Join us for Adult Ed Sunday, February 23rd as we consider our Shepherd of the Valley mission statement in light of Esther 4:14. How is God calling us to seek, study, and serve in this time? How are we being called deeper into our lives of faith? Come join us as we revisit our mission to seek, study, and serve together.

Come and improve your stability and core strength, and learn helpful breathing exercises for good health and fitness! Techniques will be adapted to accommodate various fitness levels. For those wanting more challenging exercises please bring a yoga mat if you have one. All are welcome!  

No experience necessary! Get involved in the process; everything from helping to cut the quilt blocks to tying the finishing knots. There will be ways for all ages to take part in this meaningful service project. Contact Becky Wilder if you are interested in being part of this exciting ministry.

We will be having Ash Wednesday services at Noon & 7pm!
