FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS: Seek the Lord, Study the Word, Serve the World Join us for Adult Ed Sunday, February 23rd as we consider our Shepherd of the Valley mission statement in light of Esther 4:14. How is God calling us to seek, study, and serve in this time? How are we being called deeper into our lives of faith? Come join us as we revisit our mission to seek, study, and serve together.

Come and improve your stability and core strength, and learn helpful breathing exercises for good health and fitness! Techniques will be adapted to accommodate various fitness levels. For those wanting more challenging exercises please bring a yoga mat if you have one. All are welcome!
